## What is StillHaven?

Caring for someone with dementia is one of the hardest things a person can do, and the difficult moments rarely happen at convenient times. StillHaven is a quiet companion built for dementia caregivers, here for the 2am questions, the days that feel like too much, and the times you simply need someone to remind you that what you're doing is enough.

StillHaven offers:

Plain, honest answers. Ask anything about dementia care and get clear, compassionate guidance without jargon or judgment.

Real local help. Find resources and support available in your area, so you know where to turn when you need more than words.

A quiet community. Connect with other caregivers who truly understand what you're going through. It's a calm, supportive place, never noisy or overwhelming.

Reassurance when you need it. Sometimes you just need to hear that you're doing okay. StillHaven is here for those moments too.

Our promises to you:

Free forever. No ads. We never sell your data, and community conversations are never used for marketing or to train AI.

StillHaven was made with care for the people who spend their days caring for others. Whatever you're facing today, you don't have to face it alone.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-11

On the horizon didn't tell you when it changed. Now it does.

A small dot appears when there are findings you haven't read yet. A dot, not a number — there's nothing to clear and nothing you're behind on.

The newest research sits at the top. Older findings move into the archive on their own, collapsed at the bottom, so you're not scrolling through months of history to reach what's new. Nothing is deleted. Search still reaches everything, whether the archive is open or closed.

You can also just ask now. "What's new in research" used to get a careful non-answer and a phone number. The companion can read the same findings you can, with the same dates and the same sources.

Behind that, the weekly search now reads all seven of its sources instead of stopping at the first one it filled up on. There is more genuinely new to find.

The 911 button is easier to read.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-04

The three things on Today are different each day now, and they follow what you told us matters most — which you can change any time in Settings.

Every article and question can be listened to right from the card.

A reply to a reply no longer goes missing in the community rooms.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-21
