I love the function of the app could detect your posture through AirPods and gently send a reminder, it really helps me focus more on my meditation practice, also this app record your meditation duration and how many times u practicing during a week, really convenient! I would recommend it to all my friends who also have difficulty in focusing on meditation practice!
