## What is Stillnote?

Stillnote is a quiet meditation timer for capturing the time you spend meditating and the thoughts that come afterward.

Start a simple meditation timer, finish your session, and save a short reflection note if you want to. Your sessions and notes sync with iCloud across your devices.

Stillnote can also write completed sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, helping you keep your mindfulness practice connected with your daily health record.

Small fixes and refinements. Finishing a meditation without adding a note now still keeps the session in your history. Reminders and iCloud behavior are quieter and more predictable.

Fixed an issue where the end-of-session alarm could fail to play. The volume you set during the countdown is now applied directly to the alarm at the end of the session.

Important fix:
In v1.0.0, iCloud sync did not work reliably. Records could fail
to sync to your other devices and could be lost when reinstalling
the app.

v1.0.1 fixes this. Please update as soon as possible.
