## What is StillPoint?

StillPoint puts a cat between you and the apps that eat your day.

Open Instagram, X, or any app you choose — and instead of the feed, a calm cat appears. To continue, you pet the cat: a few slow strokes along its fur. That small, gentle pause interrupts the reflex to scroll and gives you a moment to decide if you really want to be here.

HOW IT WORKS
- Choose the apps you want to slow down — Instagram, X, TikTok, anything.
- Open one, and a cat blocks the screen.
- Pet the cat to pass. It grants you a calm window before the app opens.
- Reopen soon after? No nagging.
- Calls, Messages, Maps, and Health are never blocked.
