## What is Stillpoint?

Stillpoint is a daily gratitude and reflection ritual that pauses your other apps while you do it. Some apps track how you feel. Stillpoint gives you a few minutes to actually move through it.

At a time you choose, the rest of your phone is paused. What's left is a ritual:

Settle. A breath to bring you into the moment.
Arrive. Name what you are feeling, in your own words.
Notice. One thing you are grateful for, and what you moved through today.
Be met. A companion, born from your element, sits with you and reflects back what it noticed. A witness. A mirror.

It's the whole sequence together that does the work: checking in, centering, noticing, being seen. 
Not a journal. Not a feed. A short daily session you can finish in a couple of minutes.

The companion remembers what you wrote yesterday. It notices patterns across your week, and names what you didn't say out loud. Some days it asks a question. Some days it just sits with the weight. It writes the way a close friend would, someone who was there while you were thinking.

The session has been rebuilt around a single door. Every session now opens the same way: a moment to settle, then a breath, before anything asks you for words.

- Reflections take the time they need, and no longer cut short on a slow connection

Eight feelings on the wheel now, with room in the middle for calm and content, so there is somewhere to land on the days that are neither good nor bad. The colours are evened out, so no feeling looks more inviting than another.

The breath before your reflection is slower. The ambient sounds sit level with each other, and the water is gentler. Deleting your data in Settings now clears everything.

Stillpoint has grown.

A new way to name what you feel: a wheel of feelings you can explore one ring at a time. One tap is enough; more is there if you want it.
Your pause can now hold your phone. At the time you choose, Stillpoint gently rests your other apps until you have had your two minutes. Then they all come back. You choose how firmly it holds: Gentle or Deep.
A new companion joins the water: the sea turtle.
Many small refinements throughout.
