Write down whatever is on your mind. Our AI listens without judgment and gently reframes your
thoughts helping you see the situation with more clarity.

Breathing Exercises
Choose from Box Breathing (4-4-4-4), the 4-7-8 technique, or Simple breathing. Each session is
guided with calming animations that slow your nervous system down.

SOS Mode
When a spiral hits, one tap starts a 60-second grounding session. The 5-4-3-2-1 technique
brings you back to the present moment fast.

Pattern Tracker
Stillr quietly tracks when your overthinking peaks, what triggers it, and how quickly you recover.
Every week, you get a personal insight not generic advice, but patterns from your own data.
