I downloaded the app 3 days ago. It claims to be performing “routine maintenance” since then and I have not been able to access it.

This is awful for a web app in this day and age.

This app does not work.  I’m trying to login for the first time using the mobile app and when I hit, I keep getting an error message that I’m missing the user ID. 

I deleted the app and reloaded and still have the same issues. 

Trying to streamline and have everything at my fingertips but it’s Not worth the headache.
