### 2/5 — The app freezes

*2026-09-02, version 4.0.0*

The app freezes on my iPhone 14. The screen locks up and I can’t access anything else. I have to cut the phone off to reset everything.

### 3/5 — Ease of use

*2026-09-01, version 4.0.0*

Easy 1st set up & use. Comfortable, not restrictive.
After 3 months usage:
Terrible tech Support! Actually no tech-support at all!
Disappointed that 2 x my unit has failed to show days usage on my calendar. I called, but reps claim ‘not able to help’ except to replace unit. It works fine-it appears it’s the app data system that is the culprit. Said: “I.T. will call you back”. No call back came! So my record shows me non-compliant 2 times-erroneously! 😤
Update 8/30/26:
Make that 3 times actual DATA has failed to register real use to my account🙁

### 4/5 — Needs Some More Work

*2026-08-21, version 4.0.0*

After the last update, users still presented with option that previously assessed their pain level outcomes but now ask user to review STIM product. Useless for user after first reply. This should be seen once and never again seen by the user.

### 3/5 — Obnoxious clicking in my earbuds

*2026-08-12, version 4.0.0*

I came to complain about the obnoxious clicking from your app and that noise reflected in my earbuds listening to music and phone during calls. The clicking from the device itself is annoying enough and I don’t see the purpose other than to remind the user they’re wearing it. Not that I wouldn’t notice a big bat wing around my neck but needs to have a clicking sound as well. I’ve grown somewhat used to the sound from the device but not the clicking in the phone and earbuds. But I fail to understand why it has to make any noise at all. I do think the device is working and I’m glad that it’s portable and doesn’t require me to stay seated during use. I have also found that it’s more uncomfortable after getting out of my cervical brace. I have to choose chairs to sit in carefully so it doesn’t push on my neck causing increased discomfort.

### 3/5 — Muscle stimulation

*2026-07-29, version 4.0.0*

Nice to use but very heavy. Also can be very sweaty when sitting outside while reclining. Like using 2 hours and then another 2 hours. Much easier.

### 2/5 — Need updating

*2026-07-25, version 4.0.0*

This app is not tracking my sessions accordingly, nor does it remind me to do them
Daily.

### 5/5 — Ease of use

*2026-07-18, version 4.0.0*

Easy 1st set up & use. Comfortable, not restrictive.

### 3/5 — Mostly works

*2026-07-16, version 4.0.0*

Has not recorded my last two days

### 5/5 — If it’s fixing, my bones is great

*2026-07-15, version 4.0.0*

Barely easy to use and comfortable and for what I hear is top technology for fixing your vertebrae

### 5/5 — Excellent device

*2026-07-15, version 4.0.0*

This has been key in my recovery

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-07-14, version 4.0.0*

The STIM app is very easy to use and makes tracking my progress with my spinal device simple and convenient. I like being able to see my daily usage and stay on track with my treatment. It’s a great tool that keeps everything organized and helps me stay motivated throughout my recovery. I highly recommend it!

### 5/5 — Dave K

*2026-07-14, version 4.0.0*

Great

### 4/5 — STIM

*2026-07-07, version 4.0.0*

Working well

### 5/5 — Post surgical use

*2026-07-06, version 4.0.0*

Easy to use, links to device easily and tracks usage data. Allows for external input for tracking pain as well.

### 3/5 — 16 Page user agreement gives away all of our rights to our private medical data. No Thanks!

*2026-07-04, version 4.0.0*

The User agreement is 16 pages long and there's a number of different usage of your data that you have to agree to finish the download and start using the app. It literally states they can use your data and send your data to anybody.

This is a backward-chaining of our Private medical data. Can they give it to or sell it to a life insurance company say? Or long-term disability policy company?? No thanks! Also the device and app only allow you to record in two hour blocks of wearing time or more. The user Manual says you should be able to record after one hour but my unit will not recognize one hour of wearing time. Very inconvenient.

### 5/5 — Great Device

*2026-07-03, version 4.0.0*

I love this Device. It has helped me with my pain and to build bone

### 4/5 — Useful app for tracking

*2026-07-02, version 4.0.0*

This app is useful for tracking treatment. It would be a 5 star if there was a way to turn off the incessant beeping in my headphones while using. If there was a toggle in the app for those who don’t need the constant reminder, that would be a simple and greatly appreciated addition!

### 5/5 — Dario M

*2026-07-02, version 4.0.0*

Excellent. Easy to use and convenient.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — STIM failed to record treatment

*2026-07-18, version 4.0.0*

Two hours wearing this heavy bothersome thing and it did not record any use for the day.

### 1/5 — STIM on track

*2026-06-23, version 4.0.0*

No way to give an honest review.
I have worn the device as proscribed for over 100 days and can honestly say there is no way to know if it has been of any redeeming value.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2026-06-21, version 4.0.0*

App does not keep track of completed hours correctly. I know for sure that I have worn the stimulator for the required hours that the doctor recommended. The app says it was only partial hours.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-05-07, version 3.3.2*

Does not really provide you any useful information

### 1/5 — Loud Beeping Noise (Bluetooth and external)

*2026-02-11, version 3.3.2*

There is a loud beeping noise that cannot be muted, no matter the setting. It is nearly impossible to wear daily for 2 uncomfortable hours with such an obnoxious sound. Needs a mute button ASAP!

### 1/5 — Not accurate at all!!

*2026-02-06, version 3.3.2*

The one day I did it for three hours and it said I did it for six hours. I just had it on for three hours straight and it’s saying I didn’t do it for zero hours today. I’m sitting here using this device and it’s not even getting giving me credit.

### 1/5 — Uncomfortable

*2026-01-29, version 3.3.2*

Super big and bulky very uncomfortable to wear doesn’t fit correctly

### 1/5 — STIM on track

*2025-12-21, version 3.3.2*

No way to give an honest review.
I have worn the device as proscribed for over 100 days and can honestly say there is no way to know if it has been of any redeeming value.

### 1/5 — Not My Choice

*2025-10-12, version 3.3.1*

I have had numerous times when my device doesn’t register the amount of time I use it.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-09-04, version 3.3.1*

Ridiculously inadequate health tracking. Simple job to do, to capture usage data from a Bluetooth-connected device. Yet this app fails to accurately reflect usage data consistently. Further, there is no way to edit or correct entries, or to have the app do a re-read (synch) of usage data stored on the device. Suggestions are lacking, FAQs are paltry, and the app could be a helpful if built that way, but instead seems purpose-built for a nurse or some other care-giver, not for a patient/ user.
