As I advance in the app more I get tangled, it has no coherence for me, they should put that when a lesson ends exercises and also the pronunciation of the words that are learned, and the calls remain for short times in silence but when he answers he does not answer the subject

Extremely disappointing experience! I purchased a premium subscription 5–6 days ago, but it has still not been activated in the app. I also sent an email to the support team explaining the issue, but have received no response or resolution yet. Terrible customer support and a complete waste of money. Please fix this immediately or process a refund!

No se puede terminar una conversación, y la mayoría de veces no se guardan los chats. Fuera de gran ayuda si se guardaran para practicar los errores de las conversaciones anteriores.
Me gustaría que no se trabara el modo conversación ya que es lo que más me ayuda a aprender un idioma, hablarlo

Pero siempre se traba y de la nada ya no se mandan los mensajes y se borran las conversaciones 

El resto de actividades es demasiado trivial, no funciona para realmente aprender un idioma,
el modo conversación es lo único que podría salvar esa app pero ni eso

I changed my phone a few days back, surprisingly now i have lost my stimular subscription, i tried contacting the support team through the WhatsApp number they provided, guess what they aren’t even available on WhatsApp. I lost my money. Please avoid this app.
