I like the exercises and the ability to skip them; the reminder to give myself pause and reflect backward and forward. And of course the daily probiotics are great. I enjoy the quotes and encouragement.

The Company has since replaced the product and it was made in Italy.  As the consumer the manufacturer wasn’t negligent

This is someone’s great idea, and it really helps. I can deal with stuff much more calmly and realistically. So far so good! The supplements came faster than I expected, and they taste pretty nice. I’m enjoying the app but haven’t used it much yet.
