We looked into this problem with extended QA testing and were unable to replicate that. You can follow the steps below to relaunch the game on your device: 1)Delete the game from your device. 2)Reinstall the game from the App Store. 3)Turn on Airplane Mode (this disables internet access). 4)Launch the game. Check the result: If the game starts normally, this suggests an issue with the iCloud save data. At this point, you can close the game, disable Airplane Mode, and continue playing normally. Optional step 5. While the game is still running from Step 4, turn off Airplane Mode and play for a few minutes. This will create a new save and overwrite the existing iCloud save data for Slot 1 only.
