iOS Fixes & Improvements

Critical Fix: Face Verification Now Works on iOS
- Fixed photo orientation issue where iOS saved photos in landscape with a rotation tag, causing face matching to fail every time.
- Captured photos are now correctly upright before being processed, so face recognition works just like on Android.

Improved Enrollment Experience
- Manual shutter button. You now decide when to take your enrollment selfie.
- Shutter automatically enables once your face is properly visible.
- Live guidance tells you what to adjust (move closer, open your eyes, etc.).
- No more forced auto-capture during enrollment.

Smart Photo Quality Check
- After capture, the app verifies your photo is sharp and well-lit.
- Blurry photos are automatically rejected with a clear message to retake.
- Prevents bad enrollments that would cause verification failures later.
- Threshold relaxes after a couple of retries so you are never stuck.

Easier Face Verification
- Auto-capture for daily verification. Just look at the camera.
- Works in about 1 second once your face is detected.
- More forgiving thresholds so verification succeeds on the first try.
- Better handling when multiple people are in the frame (picks the largest face).

Cleaner UI
