The last 3 attempts to use my app to connect to machine. To try to use the not so generous free play! Well I have been trying to do that for more than a year now with no success. I ALWAYS end up at the cage needing help to get it to work! Now that they updated the app, I have all of a sudden lost my Chairman status AND all of my free play offers that were listed on the app yesterday! Now it tells me that I am a Gold player, that I need to ENROLL at the cage for a cash account, that got me in trouble the last time because the staff gave me a new card so I played on TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS! I do not trust this app at all, it's more trouble than it's worth. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO APP SUPPORT that you can call for help, you have to get up from the machine you are playing and HOPEFULLY get help at the cage. Our Cocktail Servers, including Teresa, are all wonderfully on top of their game and on target. The cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly.
