I got thrown into a queue and when I was next in line I got thrown out of queue and had to restart. Constantly signed out, how is there an outage right before one of the biggest weekends to bet football? I activated the Chat help, I was 18 in the queue, when it was my turn,a BOT whose name was unpronounceable, typed, we know, trying to fix and will send you an email when corrected. That was 3 hours ago and nothing. As substandard as the STN app is one would think it fairly easy to maintain. It’s certainly not as complicated as Draftkings or Fanduel, where clients have so much more quality content to choose from. But, being stuck in Nevada our choices are limited and unfortunately I choose the worst available app in the state. Take notes from BET365 or even Willam Hill. I can’t parlay props and tail the bets my friends are making on app outside of Nevada. I have to go to a casino to deposit or use a weird service like a Neanderthal. This is Vegas, the app should have all the bells and whistle but it falls way short. I’d rather drive to AZ and bet on apps not allowed in NV than this boring experience. ### 2/5 — Bottom feeder app *2025-08-23, version 1.0.5* If you can have a bet ready before game, it’s fine. Live better is absolute trash and even finding a game is pretty garbage. Serious question: what are you all doing to improve the user experience on this app? You have dozens of negative reviews, but the app has shown little (if any) improvement over the last year. ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible app *2026-02-06, version 1.0.6* I tried about five times to get this app to verify my identification. It said it was going to send me a text, but it never did. I reset my phone number thinking maybe it wasn’t in there correctly. Then I tried it again but the text never came. Then I had to verify my a selfie and my drivers license. The app wouldn’t take my photo of my drivers license and just kept telling me it was too blurry. I’m on an iPhone. It takes great pics. The problem is this freaking app. It gives you no opportunity to upload a photo of your drivers license because the camera function doesn’t work. About after the fifth try, however, it took a photo and verified my identity. But then it told me I had to go to a station casino to verify my identity. This app sucks big time. Save yourself an hour and simply go to the casino and get signed up that way. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-01-24, version 1.0.6* Can’t deposit money. They gave you the worst in the market and their algorithm odd changes put you in the worst odds. Not to mention that their sports betting kiosk is the worst in Nevada. If you place the live betting the sportsbook assistant will see everything and manually gave you the worst odds for your bet. For example if you see in the Kiosk for Lakers is +105, after placing the bet the assistant behind the counter would reduce it to -115. From personal experience with this sportsbook I would recommend anyone to stay away or you will always lose your money. You can sign in with Face ID fast and you need to be signed in to place your bets. If you are in your betting slip, and you cannot click on the button to place the bet, that means that you have to go back and sign in.
