My issue is the customer service number takes you to people who are terrible at their job. Confusion and more problems are all they create. My account stopped working, who knows why, the customer service team could not fix it. I went into the local book in Henderson and they fixed it in a minute. ### 2/5 — Decent but has potential *2023-06-10* Station Casinos are right next to me (Durango & Red Rock). Love using the app due to its convenience but HATE the fact they do not offer CASH OUT options for parlays or straight bets. This definitely needs to change. They can not be compared to other professional bet apps. The setup up is done by a teenager. It is simply complicated and horribly done. Do yourself a favour and find an other app. The reason I gave them an extra star is simply that you can use anyone of their locations to put money. ### 1/5 — An Atari of sports apps *2022-09-20, version 6.1* I’ve used all betting apps because I’m from Virginia (fanduel is the best by a mile followed by draft kings). When I moved to LV I signed up for this app and I got to tell you, they spent more money on the billboards than this app. The live in game betting is so primitive, the menu is clunky, and their promos (if any) are non existent. I need to head over and sign up for the mgm sports app. I’ve heard that’s better. ### 1/5 — App and sign up huge hassle *2022-08-29, version 6.1* App and sign up is a hassle have to register on app then visit casino to get set up. I visited redrock wasted 30 mins waiting cause they were having problems then want me to walk across the casino to get a players to get started. William hill is much better no hassles easy pay out. I wouldn’t recommend betting here. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2022-08-28, version 6.1* It’s 2022 you think they would make some sort of adjustment so app is easier to use. What a horrible interface definitely not user friendly whatsoever. In game play is ALWAYS down. Oh and god forbid you try to bet after 10pm 😂. What’s the point of allowing us to bet over seas games if we can’t even bet after 10pm smh. That’s only reason I use this app ### 1/5 — Update your app *2022-08-14, version 6.1* This app is terrible always problems shut downs bugs no fixes ### 1/5 — Works when it wants to *2022-05-29, version 6.1* The app used to work fine but recently it’s had all kinds of issues from zero limit bets, to not being able to login, to not being able to add funds via playplusgo. It’s so annoying all the technical difficulties they have going on with the app at all times. Right now I’m unable to login and view my bets because of another long lasting technical issue. If they cared more about solving the technical issues within the app it wouldn’t be that bad of a sporting bet option but being unable to login is unacceptable. I’m definitely going to try another sports book in town because I can’t deal with all the issues this app has going on all the time. They never fix it and don’t seem to care so neither do I anymore. ### 1/5 — Update the App *2022-05-29, version 6.1* If Station wants to take care of locals then they’ll update this app sooner than later. But, casino’s like this do things to bring players in so I’m sure there won’t be an update. ### 2/5 — Glitchy App *2022-05-29, version 6.1* Constant problems accessing the app. Login… glitchy… accessing app… glitchy. It’s a nicer interface than William Hill but William Hill is a lot less buggy. ### 3/5 — It’s functional *2022-05-08, version 6.1* It works for your basic bettor. But the lines for quarters in game are really delayed. Can you add Team totals (TT) for the games and for the half’s of NBA and MLB F5? Other apps have it. STN Team ### 1/5 — Won’t Let Me Sign In *2022-05-05, version 6.1* When I try and sign in, it always says unable at this time please try again later. This app is a headache, I hate it! ### 1/5 — Parlay card push = loss? *2022-04-23, version 6.1* I had a 4-leg parlay through STNs parlay card and won 3, pushed 1. Normally that would just be dropped and paid out as a 3-leg. Instead It told me I lost. Big oof. Don’t know if that was a mistake or how they handle parlay pushes, either way it’s a bad look. Wonder what Boyd is up to rn… ### 1/5 — LIMIT IS ZERO *2022-04-06, version 6.1* CLEARLY THEY DONT WANT MY MONEY. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO A PLACE A PARLAY?? LIMIT IS ZERO. FIX THIS APP OTHERWISE IM GOIN TO TRY MGM SPORTSBOOK. ### 1/5 — Be aware of typical casino schemes *2022-02-18, version 6.1* The app itself will take you a while to figure out how to use, that’s not the biggest issue. What I don’t like about STN is the minute you go to place a IN-Play bet that is out of the casinos favor, the app will not place it and it will lock making it unable for you to place the bet. The app definitely encourages you to continue to play despite losing as well, would not recommend if you have a gambling problem. I tried to delete my account once and was told it’s “not possible” both by the books and the customer service line. Did not have this issue with William Hill. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Needs an update *2023-12-08* Overall the app works for sports betting. BUT it needs a major update. 1)more betting options; especially for inplay 2) Allow users to bet on all games including the small colleges, many games are unavailable to bet in college 3) stop wait 10 seconds to accept the bet to make sure it benefits the casino. I’ve hit submit bet and had it load and go through 1-2 plays multiple times and change the odds in the casinos favor. There is a lot of potential for stations to tap into here but it seems like they don’t care to much about it. Will probably switch apps soon. William isn’t any better when it comes to unethical practices so maybe Boyd is next. We will see. ### 1/5 — Stone ages *2023-10-18* Stations is by far the worst betting app you can have in Vegas. They give you the fewest amount of prop bets, no free bets, and the live tracking of games is archaic and a lot of times not even available for certain games. Betmgm, William hill, westgate… basically any betting app is better than this, I’ve seen over seas bookie apps that were better than this trash. Stn sports book needs to get with the times. ### 1/5 — Don’t recommend unless you love losing *2023-06-27* Where do I begin, station casinos should be shut down in Nevada. To be honest, it’s the worst sports betting app anyone can download. The app will glitch every other day(literally) and allow users to place bets for things that have already happened. So if you are knowingly doing this and winning, they will lock your account and take away all of those winnings regardless if you were successful in placing the bet in their system. BUT if you unknowingly are placing live bets that have already lost, they will NOT do anything to help you because the bet was successfully placed. They have been investigated for this before and I’m sure it won’t change a thing . You can’t use your debit card to add funds so your third party vendor is trash and you need to think about ending that relationship 2. The point of an app is convenience not to make me go to casino to add funds or even to close the account. Really? Like you need me to drive back to casino to cxl and close my account that ridiculous. So your goal will be to have me waste gas go there so someone can try and push a t-shirt or talk me out of it. 3. It’s instant… Billion dollar company 3$ app for sports wagering ### 1/5 — The worst app to make bets on *2022-09-26, version 6.1* This app is terrible, it always locks my account so I can’t sign back in, I can’t even place a straight wager when the game is out of the casinos favor, playplus is always having issues with my deposits or transferring my money and I’m tired of having to go to the nearest station casino to resolve some of the problems by deleting the app and reinstalling it. This has to be the worst sports betting app on the market, for as much as stations is advertising it, they’re not fixing the mistakes as I heard they have always had these issues. Rather use their competitors apps instead. ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2022-09-23, version 6.1* I’ve been in 2 different station casinos to try and fix my account. One place said my address was up to date but the other said it wasn’t and they updated it. So I try and add my card to the app to load my account with money and my address is still wrong. I’ve checked with my bank I’ve even called 3 times and all confirm my address is updated. The app won’t even let me put in my bank card it just automatically tells me the address is wrong. I never get home from work before the games start so this was a must for me when I found out at my local Station property sports book that they had this app. It has a great menu of games and props and even parlay cards and in play betting. Not a race guy, but I’m sure I’ll bet the Derby next year. Really easy to navigate from picking my games to making by bet(s) to confirming my bets. Great app! ### 5/5 — Please do another update! *2019-12-03, version 5.5.1* Ever since the last update, after I log in, the gambling notice comes on, and then the app freezes there. I cannot go any further. I loved the app until this last update. So convenient to open the app wherever you’re at and place a wager! There’s a couple things they could improve on and perhaps they’re working on it? Sometimes it goes down for maintenance, rarely. And it appears to go close between 11pm and 7am, I think. There should be more information to direct some user’s. But overall not bad if your looking to place bets conveniently. I think people lose money on the app so write a bad review. ### 4/5 — This is great *2016-11-18, version 4.0.367* I love the speed of this new version and simplicity. There's one thing that is missing though which the other version had. It's pretty frustrating not being to go back to see which bets you might have won or lost.
