The app cannot do that. It only gives end of day updates, which is rather useless to me. ### 3/5 — Alerts Dont Always Work *2025-09-11* The alerts don’t always work. I set an alert for $73 ( entry and-target) The current price is $78. Its alarming even though i set the alarm for a low price. Had the stock been $65 the alarm would work properly. This alarm doesn’t allow high and low target. Poor customer service as well. ### 3/5 — Ok *2025-09-07* Macht nur in kostenpflichtiger Pro Version Sinn ### 2/5 — No response to email and chat unsupported *2025-02-14* I’ve been a long time user of the free version, only track 2 stocks with a couple of alerts, and the app is pretty good. But there was a change in an update released sometime in Nov ‘24 that reduced number of ‘End of Day’ and ‘Real Time’ Alarms to zero. I didn’t know this at the time, and thought when the alarms weren’t showing the stock price, just 0.00, that there was a bug. So, sent a support email querying it but received no reply. 4 weeks later sent a follow up, but again no reply. Investigated further and found the change made reducing functionality in the free version. Can’t blame a developer for trying to increase paid customers, so I subscribed to the Pro version thinking this would solve my issue. NOPE! Deleted and reinstalled the app, recreated the Alarms, but each alarm created required me to restore the purchase. So, I reached by email and also their Chat Support, but again no response on either. It doesn’t look like the app is being supported! If you don’t support your app you can’t expect customers to stay or pay. Cancelled and deleted! **Developer response:** Hi. Sorry to read this. We are here and it is supported. Im not sure why your support tickets did not go through. If you decide to try again, please use the Restore Purchase option from Account Settings to fix issue if your Pro upgrade has not been registered correct. After my first 3 tickers weren’t even in their database I cancelled the free trial. Huge disappointment that they didn’t include it. Lacking direct links between views and trend data. Deleted and trying something else. ### 2/5 — Random notification *2023-08-25* Was all good, did what I wanted which was alert at a specific price point but then today just started sending sending random notifications about bunk articles. No way to remove that in settings so I’ve deleted. Shame, it was a good app until it started spamming my notifications. **Developer response:** Hi. For example i set a trigger this morning for 3.19$ just to test the program. The trigger was constantly going off saying 3.19. When in reality the stock was actually in the 2.Xx range. ### 1/5 — Wrong stock price *2023-01-30, version 4.4* Set up app with alert and it went off with price off by $5 ### 1/5 — Upgraded to Pro but App thinks I’m still on Free Acc *2022-12-27* This is an excellent idea for a service and it does work, to an extent, as promised. I had Upgraded to Pro after sampling it for. Month but the App thinks I’m still on Free Acc and hence I’m not able to use any of the pro feature. It is one of those services which can be priceless if they work well, but absolutely useless if you can’t rely on it. Rgds, Martin ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not free *2026-06-09, version 4.13* This could easily be free, but they want to charge $50 a year ### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out *2026-06-08, version 4.13* What good is a stock alert app if it keeps logging me and isn’t alerting me as advertised? ### 1/5 — Prices are not accurate or current *2026-01-30* Downloaded this app and added several price alerts. Then I wanted to look at the actual current price of a given ETF and saw that the price wasn’t even close to the closing price. Checked this with all of the alerts and they all had the same problem. Also, when I went to create a watchlist, I couldn’t add my ETFs to the watchlist. I had even taken advantage of a reduced price with the pro product. What a waste. Cancelling my subscription. ### 1/5 — “In app purchases” means it’s a paid app. *2025-11-04* The in app purchases message is a bit deceiving, have to sign up to it first and then you get the message that you have to subscribe to use it. Yes it’s got a short free trial but one of those that will auto renew if you don’t disable it ### 1/5 — Waste of time create an account for alarm really? *2025-08-15, version 4.9* Must verify email for an alarm? it’s less time consuming writing this review by a lot. Buyer beware! ### 1/5 — Misleading- this is a paid app *2024-07-26* You can’t do anything on the free version of this app, no alerts nothing. Just tries to sell you an overpriced subscription. Wasted time downloading just to delete straight away And re the developers response, having a free 7 day trial does not stop it from being a paid app. It should be clear it is a paid app so that those looking just for free alerts don’t waste time downloading/signing up etc **Developer response:** There is a full 7 day free trial that gives you unlimited access to try the app and cancel if you do not want to pay for our service. Rgds, Martin Stock Alert ### 1/5 — Does not provide Price Alerts for Australian equities! *2024-07-15* I’ve just installed this app because it was the highest rated on the App Store, only to find that it does not actually provide immediate alerts on price movements of Australian Equities. it also does not display shares with values less than a cent which is quite useless in an Australian trading environment. **Developer response:** Hi. Clicked the most recent one & now able to use the app as intended. Works really well. Thank you. Updated rating to 5 stars. Original: Please fix your email verification system. Such a waste of time. Created an account using my iPhone requiring my email & a password but when I tried verifying my email, link I received won’t work, says “error.” They gave option to copy & paste a link on Safari but same problem ensues, “invalid link.” So, they basically got my personal email (and a password) on their system but can’t use their app. **Developer response:** Hi.
