I paid for the full version and I’m out of luck now thinking the 13 was the issue of iPhone 16 Pro and still will not work I think it uses the wrong camera for scanning. Call other barcode apps. I have downloaded work fine just this app will not work for me anymore. A real shame after paying for full version. All were expensive and few had location transfer capabilities. I almost ignored this one as it takes a little getting used to at first but I now have been using it for a few months and it’s very powerful especially for those not wanting to pay hefty monthly subscriptions. I’m honestly surprised it doesn’t feature higher in online reviews. I create groups for stock of the same type and then have locations under each group. I also include sold as a location so I can track my sales. The logbook and changelog allow one to view history. The notes function allows for additional notes per item. It could use some improvements but overall it’s a really solid app and a great deal. I’m tracking over 50 types of goods or bundles across many locations all on my phone and can therefore pick up any discrepancies with the warehouse stock recon. I purchased another app from this company that contained the same “slideshow” that is featured in this app! It was the main feature that I used consistently! Then suddenly it disappeared! When I spoke with them about it by email, they said that feature was incompatible with current iPad/iPhone updates! THAT WAS A LIE! This stock control inventory is much pricier than the one I bought, however I bought it for the slideshow feature! Now, they have taken it away so they can gouge people into paying more, $26 for this app! The latest upgrade version crashes every time I try to import new data - which renders it unusable Please fix **Developer response:** Dear customer, Thank you for your very kind review. For your information, this issue was related with the iOS 13 recent update, and is fixed with the current app update (v1.59). I am able to put pictures from the web in the app and it uploads to icloud properly now. I am impressed with how the app works now. A nice feature now would be icloud sync. If I make a change on my iPad the data would change in my iPhone immediately. This would be an awesome feature. Good work, Kiwi. Aug. 2, 2018 It has been a year since any updates. I have notified the company of problems but no response. If the company can’t make updates they should remove the app from the store. I give a zero star rating for this app. Please read previous reviews. May 28, 2018 Still no response from customer support. The program now crashes when trying to export to icloud as my database has increased to 210MB. Sad, the program still functions, but it is proving useless as I can’t transfer data to my older ipad. Customer service is still 0 stars and I changed my rating to two stars. Perhaps customer service could over their snit and contact me! Older review I am impressed with the changes you have made to the program! I can export my database to icloud and download it to another ipad. I can also take many pictures and they transfer as well. Good job. However, I still stand by my 0-star rating for customer support After pointing out a problem with this app, customer support said to send a screenshot of the error message. I did. I was also asked why I still used the program since I only gave it a 1-star rating. At first, this app was great--it did what I wanted it to do. But I soon had a problem with transferring data from my old iPad to my new iPad Pro. I contacted customer support and they told me to reduce the size of my database by deleting pictures. Pictures were one reason used the program. It is obvious they have had other complaints as the company has pre-recorded responses they send out. I even told them I had tried other apps and preferred Stock Control as it met all my needs and was easy to use. Their response--use another app. Very rude, in my opinion. I notified customer support I would change my review rating after the changes they recently made to vastly improve the program and asked 2 simple questions, I thought. But they have refused to respond. The program works fairly well now and I do recommend it. But if have questions about the program, don’t expect any support. ### 1/5 — Transfer from one divine to other is not possible . *2018-12-10* I love this app so much!! But when it come to backing up data or changing your phone and the information in the old phone want to be transferred in the one is so hard . Need to make it easier when backing up the info .
