How do I get a refund I can’t even get my medicine because they took my money and I’m a diabetic! I need my meds

App Store purchases and refunds are processed entirely by Apple, which means we unfortunately cannot issue or approve the refund ourselves. If Apple has already declined your request, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly and asking for the refund decision to be reviewed. Please don’t post any personal, payment, or medical information publicly. We’re sorry you’ve had this experience and we genuinely want to help however we can.
