Thank you for your understanding. ### 2/5 — Real time update or maybe per 5 sec? *2022-12-01, version 1.20* The app is good but the update is soooo slow, can it be update more frequently? Addition: Have paid for a month to see if the update can be faster but it’s disappointed that even it can be update every 30 sec, the data is delayed……maybe around 15 minutes from real world data. So no matter pay or not pay, the data is outdated…. ### 3/5 — Could be one of my favorite apps but *2022-05-29* This was exactly what I was looking for but the monthly subscription is stupid and I can’t imagine it helping the take rate. Talked to multiple people and we all agreed that we would pay 5-25$ as a onetime cost to use premium features but we can’t because it’s subscription only. Very frustrating. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your valuable feedback! You are right, monthly subscription is not for everyone and it can be a deal-breaker for some people. Unfortunately we had to go with a subscription model because we have some monthly expenses like server costs, stock market data provider costs, app development and testing expenses. It's not sustainable for us to have a one-time purchase model. But you are right about the prices. We were also thinking about it internally to reduce the Annual Premium prices more, so people who don't want to pay this much amount could still get it. We've decided to reduce the annual prices from 24.99 to 19.99. We are looking for more feedback and do more adjustments if we need to. Also we are adding an introductory offer which means that the first year will start with 14.99. This offer is for a limited duration and will end on June 30th. We hope you continue using the app and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have more ideas! Promptly subscribed for a year. One thing I miss from the other app though is the ability to zoom to different time windows; I used that often to be able to get a longer duration sense of stock performance. **Developer response:** Thank you for the valuable input. We now added support for multiple time windows like 1D, 1W, 1M, 3M, and 1Y. It will allow other features like names and/or symbols. Great heat map, but I wasted my money on options that didn’t work. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks a lot for purchasing premium and giving us feedback! We have two options currently for stock weights. One for changing all stocks inside the favorites page to equal weight and another option for changing the stocks inside the widget to equal weight. We didn't intentially add an option to change the main S&P 500 page to equal weight because after doing some testing with this option, we realized that it makes the map nearly impossible to see.
