## What is Stock Target Price?

When you deal with stocks and trading, you face three critical problems. I first list those problems below and then present you with my solution. 

1.	First problem. It is essential to know when to buy and when to sell stocks because if a trader doesn't buy at the right moment, he can quickly lose money, as the stock he purchased can decrease in value. The same is with the sell-side. If a trader doesn't sell his stock at the right time, he can lose all his positive returns as stock can fall rapidly. Traders and analysts use different tools, including technical analysis, to predict the strength of the stock trend and define good stock entry and exit points. Unfortunately, most technical analysis tools are confusing and controversial, and some of them can help traders lose their money.
2.	Second problem. Stock target price is an essential indicator of a company's prosperity and financial well-being. It is vital to know the stock target price, to invest in stocks with good growth potential and strong fundamentals. Unfortunately, target price calculations are time-consuming and complex, as investors need to know financial models to calculate the fair stock value. However, the reality is that not all traders and investors have specific knowledge to undertake equity valuation.  
3.	Third problem. Nowadays, it's essential to know how to search for value and growth stocks to diversity your stock portfolio. But many investors have trouble finding appropriate stocks, and many don't even know where to start. Most investors don't even know why they should buy stocks and the fundamentals or technicals behind specific stocks.
