Saya sudah tidak memiliki akses ke nomor HP saya yang lama karena sudah pindah negara. Sampai hari ini saya tidak pernah bisa mengganti nomor HP saya, yang artinya saya tidak bisa Cash out, Tidak bisa Log in di Laptop, Tidak bisa Ganti Password dan Tidak Bisa ganti Nomor HP. Saya tidak Bisa ganti Nomor HP Karena butuh Password, Saya tidak bisa ganti Nomor HP karena tidak ada password. Ini product manager sama QA nya ga mikir edge case sama sekali ya ? Saya sudah Chat ke CS yang antrinya lama bgt, bisa sampai 8 jam, bantuan yang di provide cuma “update ke versi sekian, nanti ada tombol untuk reset phone number” tapi sampai hari ini saya selalu up to date ke latest version dan button itu ga pernah ada, entah kalian validation issue atau apa. Jadi Sekarang saya ke deadlock dan uang saya nyangkut, lalu setiap hari saya di spam notifikasi berkali” untuk aktifkan trusted device yang ga bisa gua nyalain anjing gara” sistemlu ga jelas.
