I like the app, but it has challenges. 1) It does not integrate portfolio from other brokers smoothly (where you have tie up) you have to try twice. On 2nd time or third time it updates. In the first time, it just show processed but stocks don’t update. 2) the trading ( buy/sell) is not smooth from the app where it takes you to my brokerage account. Again, API issues, screen gets hung when I try. 3) It’s not connected with multiple brokers like ICiCi and other full service institutions. 4) Couple of features you can add like market movers, multi-baggers, most bought, with filters of large cap, mid cap, nifty etc like you have in app Ind Money. It’s not copying but a value add. 5) Would like to use the club subscription but I want to have a feature where you have score against each stock with suggestions / hint of buy sell for example market mojo etc 6) Can we have stock of the week or stock of the month where you see or expect a good rally. You remind me of having a session with apple support team each time I get trouble working with apple devices. All I said was that split screen functionality in iPad version was needed for better viewing and simultaneous working with other app. Your tech ppl can figure it out better I guess. It teaches market related things to new investors. Lots of features including great analysis tools, scans, sector wise lists of stocks, Regular EOD updates, create separate watchlists, follow the leading Indian investors portfolios etc etc. Also follow Twitter handle for more regular updates. Please update and fix the bugs as early as possible. Otherwise it is very good and full of information. The paid features are one of a kind. Detailed information of each section is provided with videos. Their Telegram group is really making difference to many people’s lives. It is different to money control and some of the features are better but it depends upon your interest if you are looking for summary or descriptive analysis. Same time there is need for Checks. For e.g. in Fundamentals-Stocks default view should be fixed either on Standalone or Consolidated, Many companies have only standalone (in past results) while it has switching tab on main fundamental page. During subscription, a person from stock edge call centre was with me on call. He had shown me a demo of one of their trading strategies. I asked him about the time of updating their strategy on the app. He told me that they use to update their selection of stocks under various strategy by evening on daily basis. Then I asked that which evening, is it after markets closed. He said no, the evening of previous day of trading day I.e. of T-1 day because it will have no meaning if we update it after trades happened. But now, I am checking since last two days, it is being updated after market is closed and all the moves already passed. Hence, I am feeling that I have been cheated by them just to make money through subscription. It was not a big amount but it was my hard earned money. So I am sure that it will not benefit them but I will not be surprised if I see this app going. Thanks to give me a realisation that I am a fool. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. The only problem I had with the app was that it does not allow you to have 2 entries of the same stock purchased on 2 different dates at the see price of that day. The major problem with the app is that it keeps logging you out constantly. Doesn’t let you log in. Keeps saying credentials are wrong. When you click on forgot password, they don’t send the password reset link on registered email id. I had already made accounts twice and had patiently filled up all my data but now again it has signed me out and refuses to let me sign in. I’m subscriber to this app since 2 years. While renewing they assured they will give support during live market session through telegram. Unfortunately after renewal without any notice they shifted from telegram to their own web based platform. In web based platform every time you’ve to login with user ID, PW. you’ll not get popup messages like telegram app. Even after repeated request they refused to support via telegram. I lost interest on this app, because of negative response. Lost almost 24k which paid for subscriptions & not made any money with this app. They went on postponing my refund request till expiry of subscription & now refused to renew or refund quoting the reason ur subscription expired. Very unethical people. Complete Misalignment of pages and no back button. Very bad design for iPhone XR . Not sure about other OS. Please rectify at the earliest for now uninstalling . ### 1/5 — Good but lack some basic features. *2017-09-03, version 2.0.0* StockEdge good but chart itself doesn't show all the split dividend details. Like on chart itself they can tag "D" dividend or "S" split etc.so one can just look at chart and see all the details on go. Also ads are annoying. They can charge $0.99 for the app and remove ads. That will help. Hope they will come up with better app. ### 3/5 — No need to Play Club *2025-01-07* Club is too much faff available in Rs. 200 apps elsewhere. They are happy marketing it saying you’ll be treated well but not even Vivek responds to queries. And none else have any idea! Badly trained teams! Careless to customer service. The app carries too much data with no head or tail. It’s essentially the market itself. Given my work schedule, I find extremely limited use of so much information. Seems like a big waste of money currently unless someone tells where to start n figure things out. Their well meaning delight officers also try n share the same information that one can already see. Must say I am pretty impressed with the data given by this app. Next progression could be nifty visualisations. One more suggestion - how about landscape mode for iPad? Of late I am finding inaccuracy in data in this app. This is pretty worrying for a investor who may be using this as first point of filtering.
