However support was contacted and they told me to pound sand so dont believe their reviews saying they will help. They will not. This app and the desktop version are terrible. It is not able to follow clear instructions. I purchased hoping to make a buisness logo and it is unable to spell the name correctly like it is spelled in the prompt area. It mixes up and excludes letters. When I asked customer service about this they said it was a known issue but would not refund my money. So they are producing a product they know is faulty, charging people for it, and refusing to return the money. It couldn't recognize color and couldn't understand the contextual color information. When I requested "white background", It keeps giving me blue background. 2. For different categories and different inputs, it gives me exactly the same images. For example, when I switch from logo to book cover, or to other categories, and change a little bit of my inputs, it keeps giving me the same images. 3. It erased what I just typed in the “input”, and it has happened several of the times, which largely wasted my time and it’s very annoying. 4. Besides color, it’s hard to understand my other requests as well. Like number, when I input “one blueberry “, it keeps showing a bunch of blueberries. Chose the cheapest option of $4.99/week and it bugs and stays “Loading”. Cycles back to tell you to upgrade again. Unfortunately, it seems the app struggles with detailed instructions and was unable to generate what I was looking for. I ended up with an image that was far from my initial request. While the concept is promising, there’s room for significant improvement in its ability to process complex requirements.
