## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.2 — 2026-09-05

The scanner finds many more products, and orders go out even with no number saved.
• Barcodes are now looked up across several databases: not just food, but household, cleaning, cosmetics, pet food and books.
• With a QR code next to a barcode, the right one wins: the barcode.
• WhatsApp opens on your chat list with the message ready when a supplier has no number.
• The keyboard closes when you tap an empty spot on the screen.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-08-29

Three refinements to the order flow: the message that goes out to your supplier is easier to read, and fixing a product no longer means starting over.
Products grouped by category
• Lines in the order message are now sorted by category, and by name within each category: whoever receives the order finds products from the same section together, and can pick everything in one go.
• The category itself is never written anywhere: it is only the criterion the lines are arranged by, so the message stays as clean as before.
• You see the same order in the summary before sending, and in the details of an order already sent: what is on screen is exactly what your supplier reads.
Fixing a product without leaving the order
• There is a pencil next to every product, both while you pick and in the summary by supplier: it opens the product card and closes it right where you were.
• It matters most when you notice late that a product has no supplier, or the wrong one: until now you had to abandon the order, go to the inventory and start again.
• Going back, or saving the card, leaves your selection untouched: quantities, filters, search, and the point you had reached.
• The corrected product updates in the order at once: if you have just assigned the supplier, the line moves into the right group on its own.
The link to download the app
• The order message now ends with a single link: whoever opens it finds the app for both iPhone and Android, with nothing to search for.
• You can see it in the message preview under Suppliers, along with the rest of the text.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-08-10

This update brings order drafts, tailored expiry notifications and a much faster product search.

Order drafts
• You can now stop an order halfway: leave with products selected and the app asks whether to save them as a draft or discard them.
• Every draft gets a name of your choosing (or the date and time, if you'd rather not think about it).
• Drafts are shared across the company: the whole team sees them, and anyone can pick one up, edit it and complete it.
• You'll find them at the top of the Orders screen; once you confirm the order the draft disappears on its own.

Tailored expiry notifications
• Choose how many days ahead you want to be warned: 30, 14, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 or on the day itself.
• You can pick more than one: for example a reminder a week before and another two days before, giving you time to reorder.
• You also decide what time they arrive, anywhere from 00:00 to 23:00.

Faster online product search
• Results now appear as you type — no need to press "Search".
• Each result shows brand and pack size (1 L, 500 g…), the details that tell two similar products apart.
• The most relevant results rise to the top, and duplicates are merged so you keep the most complete entry.

Categories
• Categories can now be renamed, and the new name is applied automatically to every product using it. You can change the emoji too.
• Categories that came from a barcode scan but aren't saved to your list yet are now easy to spot: orange, with a dashed border.

Areas and orders
• New areas can be created straight from the Inventory's + button.
• Added "jar" to the order formats, for preserves, sauces and pickles.

Fixes
• The emoji picker no longer spills outside its box: the columns adapt to the screen width.
• Tapping "Save" repeatedly while creating a category no longer causes a duplicate error.

Data security, and an app that responds properly to touch.
• Fixed scrolling that sometimes took several tries, in lists and in the emoji picker.
• Tapping outside a field now closes the keyboard.
• The "Read-only" role really is read-only.

Team invites
• Inviting someone always ended in an error, whatever nickname you typed: no invite could ever be sent. It works now.
• You can type the nickname with the @ in front (@mario.rossi), the way you see it written everywhere else in the app.
• Invites you receive now appear on Home, with an alert when a new one arrives and a dot marking that there's something to look at. Before, they could only be reached from More → Companies, and nobody found them.
• Inviting the same person again updates the existing invite with the role you just picked, instead of adding a second one.
Data that stays current
• Signing in with a different account on the same phone still showed the previous account's data, permissions included: switching accounts now starts clean.
• If you're removed from a company, or the company is deleted, the app notices right away. Before, you stayed in until you closed and reopened it.
• Coming back to the app after leaving it in the background brings the data back in line on its own.
Password recovery
• The password reset link really does reach the address you gave: before, the request went through but the email was never sent.
• Opening the link while the app was already running left the screen waiting and ended in "No recovery link was received". The link is now picked up either way, whether the app is closed or already in use.
• Account now has a "Recovery email" section: you can add one at any time, change it or remove it. Until now you could only do it while signing up.
• The address you give is no longer the one you sign in with: you always sign in with your nickname alone.
• It is stored encrypted, with a key kept outside the database, and serves one purpose only: sending you the password reset link.
• No other account can read it, not even your colleagues in the same company.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-07-29

• Easier to read: product names now use two full lines in Inventory and Orders, with bigger, zoomed-in photos.
• Brand-new Filters panel: area, category and supplier combined, with search and item counts. Pick a supplier and you only see its categories.
• Added product search when creating an order.
• Fixed the page jumping back while filling in a product with the keyboard open.
• After a scan you can create the detected category or pick an existing one.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-07-26

Fix price display with a decimal point and improve the curved code scanner
