Says hold 100 shares for 30 days, after I held stock for 30 days emailed them and their response was “Hi - the Reed's perk is currently on hold. We're currently working with them to get new perks for 2026” so if the perk is on hold why are you still advertising it in the app” they still haven’t removed the perk and they know it’s not valid. The AI only customer service is terrible!! Entering the web address didn’t work either. Princess live employee just replied with you have to use that website now. Where does princess come up with all these loser sites? Unless you’re really lucky it’s just a means of messaging a human to carry out actions - if they mess up, good luck! Very little in the way of smart integration and the helpdesk is, as is pretty usual these days, abysmal. If I could avoid using it I absolutely would but it’s the only method for getting my shareholder perks. Have contacted thru the app customer service. The app says I do not have the required number of shares. Customer service says I do. They say problem with Plaid. Apparently Plaid either doesn’t work or is faulty. Giving access to brokerage accounts and then the app not working, or potentially secure is problematic.
