If somebody can please advise if this is possible I would immediately change to five stars. I had to scroll for minutes until I found the photo I had to upload .. Very simple, intuitive setup. Allows for pictures and notes. I spent a couple of Sundays getting an inventory, and now whenever I get something new, I add it into the proper folder. I only wish that when you searched for something, it would tell you where that thing is stored. This is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Overall a great app. Definitely would recommend if you are trying to get a handle on your possessions. ### 5/5 — Versatile and easy to use *2024-08-19, version 3.6.5* This app can be used for many different purposes around the home or for work. I use it as an inventory for my model railway collection. It is not over-complicated and being able to store pictures of the items is very useful. I can detail inventory for each folder which represents each box of stock I have in my stock room. Search is a great feature however item details do not indicate what folder the item came from. So now I have search results for the item I need but I still have to go into each folder to find where the item is located in. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be the ability to add multiple photos at once, rather than having to press the “add photo” button for each one. Additionally, it would be convenient to have the option to press and hold items to access a submenu of actions to choose from. Thank you so much. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless as a small business owner *2026-01-06, version 3.6.6* Just trying to digitize my inventory but it only allows me to organize items alphabetically or by date created instead of by ID. So ID for each item is useless and the app did not even remember the order that I entered the items if it’s on the same day. Tried to export what I had to see how it would look and the doc is blank except for the apps name ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-09-02, version 3.6.6* I was using the app to do some simple inventory and about a third of the way through, it was discovered the app was not saving the dates that were entered. Before using I did do a bunch of testing and all checked out fine. It just quit doing what it was supposed to. Not sure if the paid version is better, I wouldn’t waste my money after this and will be using a reputable known app. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2022-09-05, version 3.6.2* Looked good suggesting you could tailor-make your own templates. However app has no support and limited website. Also advert in items once created. You can only do that with folders. Thing is if you list folders alphabetically and then you put loads of items in them, surely you're going to want those items within them listed alphabetically as well. You should give people the option to list items alphabetically because that's really why I'm using it. But they REALLY need to allow you to sort your it’s. We use it to inventory what we have, and where we put it. An improvement might be having several people be able to log in to one account so everyone can see the stock rather than sending in a file. I love that I can take a picture of my cutter so I don’t buy multiple cutters. I just search it on my phone. This is great for when I’m in a hurry I just search what I’m looking for in the app, find what box it’s in and BAM. I’ve got my cutter in hand for my rush orders. Thanks for making my busy life more organized! Warning I’m telling all my cookie friends. 🥰 ### 5/5 — It’s really good at what it sets out to do *2024-12-10, version 3.6.5* I use this to keep track of all my materials on an electrician van. I added images of everything and descriptions to show my apprentice if I need him to run and grab something, I even put in their description where they are stored in the van. There are basically no ads aside from one tiny one that’s on a screen you’ll hardly visit.
