I have a “play”account where I dabble in hopes of making some good profits for vacations etc….. anyway- this app is great. It was a little overwhelming at first because there is so much to it but once I spent a little time I really loved it! The heat map is beautiful and a great way to sneak a quick visual of how things are going. Also just as impressive is the support. I was having some issues figuring out the app and the developer was quick to respond, polite and super helpful!!! The “upcoming dividends” view duplicates lot of dividend payments, so the total for the month is all wrong. ### 5/5 — still the best stock tracking app for me *2023-06-30* I’ve used this app for years and continue to find reasons to recommend. While I have set up multiple portfolios, I really appreciate their auto updating, without me having to link directly to my accounts (gives me additional sense of bank security). The news feeds are great and the ability to track Drips separately or as a summary increase is great. I sometimes have a problem (usually of my own doing) that is ALWAYS quickly resolved, within 24 hours by a HUMAN. It is now showing all my stocks at $0.00. We have a lot of free features forever ### 1/5 — More than one week stop to synchronize my portfolio *2020-09-19* Everything’s goes well since 2017 when I subscribed. I feel strange that last month I was obliged to re-pay a kind of subscription and since last week the APP do not synchronized anymore my portfolio !!!! Very sad !!! After contacting the support seems like that will not work back !!! The support told me that the problem is TRADEIT ( system, synchronized agent , platform ?I don’t know ) but according the support info os TRADEIT fault and we , customers, cannot expect fast or even any solution!!!!!!!! This is incredible !!! May be AMERITRADE invest some money into this APP and need to cut competitors? I don’t know but few days after AT sync feature implementation the TRADEIT sync stop to work : strong relation ship between this two event **Developer response:** You are jumping to wrong assumptions very quick and accusing us of being dishonest. Download other apps that uses Tradeit and see for yourself! The sad part is we work hard to make users happy (TD was not covered by Tradeit that is why we integrated them and they don’t pay us anything) and some users like you don’t believe in honest people, it seems you are not an honest person because you can’t believe us! Proof is on your side, download other apps and see for your self that you are coming to the wrong conclusion. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support. It’s rare to email a developer with a question and get a thoughtful reply within the same hour, but that’s been my experience time and time again.
