Sigh up not workin i sent massage to support but no answer

**Developer response:** Dear User,

You are absolutely right to be frustrated. Failing to sign up is a bad experience, but reaching out to support and getting no answer is completely unacceptable on our end. We sincerely apologize for dropping the ball on this.

We practice radical transparency with our users: we had a major bug in our authentication flow and our support inbox was overwhelmed at the same time. The good news is, we have completely rewritten that part of the app in our latest update. The sign-up issue is now 100% fixed and live on the App Store.
