The articles helped me make sense of the mysteries of the market. I hit some gains - and lost some money on those I got into too late. Then I paid for the basic membership. I got charged twice for December and the stock prophet went away, and I don’t know how to get it back. Membership levels are called different things on the site/app - basic, premier, pro, elite… and I’m confused… Stock.News acts like a beta version and a single man operation…I’m hoping they are able to level up and get their act together. This could be my favorite app ever… but not yet. I contacted customer service for the double charge, and got no response… I tried to contact customer service for the Stock Prophet question, and “only one ticket is allowed” and there’s no one is answering questions. No one at the helm. The Feedback area on the app is 20-30 digits long, and no punctuation offered, so it’s almost useless. I still have hopes given how great the 7 day trial was. I’m hoping this review gets some attention and I can get a credit for the double charge - and I can get the Stock Prophet back.
