But! This only works when the app does. The widget is showing the same three quotes over and over. However I was shocked to see a quote from the widely-acknowledged misogynist Jordan Peterson appear. He is no Stoic and I don’t wish to read anything that charlatan has to say. I’m reluctantly deleting this app off my phone :( ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Inner perspective for a drama world *2025-05-26, version 4.9.21* One can insure there are always problems. This app is a good place to find one insight. That one insight can smoke out and cover so many of the issues or anxiety that hinder you from being productive. Basically finding a stronger root to hold onto to climb the daily cliffs of loose sand. Some times you find a reading right away to awaken you or coming back to it later you find what you were really looking for; what the source can offer us. Home Screen widget is great for keeping stoicism top-of-mind. I wish the quotes could be grouped by themes, making it easier to find the wisdom you’re looking for. For example, having tags on the quotes concerning perseverance or honesty or work ethic would be a nice touch.
