Nor is there a customer service contact in the app. In addition, couldn’t order a web gift card for same day delivery. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-11-18* Super frustrating to pick out and customize items and then not be able to check out due to a bug in the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t remember my phone number, and won’t let me enter it… *2021-11-05* This new app needs lots of fixes. I used it daily, but this new app doesn’t let me order without removing the app then installing it again because it can’t find my phone number and won’t let me enter it after using the app once(like, the previous morning). All o get us a spinning circle where the “send code” button is. The only way to fix it is to uninstall the app, reinstall, then can enter the phone number for a code send. Whew… all i want is my quick coffee fix! the old app did that. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2021-10-29* I had the previous version. When I opened it today, it was frozen on the new home page, so I deleted it, with the hopes of restoring it. Once I got it back, I tried logging in. Having forgotten my password, I clicked on the reset, but once Send is pressed, it just returns to the reset page. Hope these kinks are worked out soon. The design is fine but it's frustrating that the website and app don't seem in sync ### 2/5 — Frustrating functionality *2021-10-01* Love this coffee shop but the app can be frustrating - for some reason it doesn’t leave me signed in and I always struggle to remember my password. Plus it doesn’t give you the auto-save option on your phone like most other sites and apps. Hope they can fix this to allow for a smoother user experience. ### 2/5 — Lots of bugs *2021-08-22* This app constantly logs you out and deletes your information making you sign up repeatedly. It’s supposed to be a quick way to place an order so it’s very frustrating to be on the go and to have to re-enter all your info just to get a quick coffee. I’ve also had issues where the menu is missing categories that are supposed to be there. ### 4/5 — Great coffee.
