## Newest reviews (14 of 26)

### 1/5 — Misleading and inaccurate

*2023-05-17*

You get to take one picture then it forces you to the subscription page if you try to do more

### 1/5 — Fake app

*2023-04-19*

This app did not identify even one stone correctly. This app doesn’t work at all.

### 1/5 — Never gets it correct

*2023-04-16*

I tried with multiple different lighting set ups and background and it has never gotten one correct.

### 1/5 — Would give no stars

*2023-02-05, version 2.1*

I scanned three different rocks. One I know for sure is Jasper. Each one came up Blue Lace Agate and Lapis Lazuli. I scanned my diamond ring, still agate/lapis. Everything I scanned came up for the same thing. Or failed.

### 1/5 — Didn’t work at all

*2023-02-05*

Not good

### 1/5 — Scam

*2022-12-23, version 2.1*

Tried to charge me six dollars a week without me knowing

### 1/5 — Didn’t identify anything right

*2022-10-31, version 2.1*

I should get the snow stars because it didn’t get one stone right it actually identified a sandstone as a diamond I wish!

### 1/5 — Subscription issues

*2022-10-25, version 2.1*

App doesn’t work as it says it does. Also cost 39.99 a year when you cancel subscription it doesn’t take. Worst app do not fall in their trap.

### 1/5 — Not free at all. And not accurate.

*2022-09-22, version 2.1*

I uploaded a picture that the background was literally removed from and it didn’t get it right. And then I tried to do a different picture to see if maybe it was just a bad picture of it and it wouldn’t let me unless I subscribed for a stupid $6 a week or like $40 a month or something. Not worth it if that was your preview to try to get me to buy…

### 1/5 — :((

*2022-03-10*

Didn’t work well, sorry not good

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-01-25, version 1.1*

I took 1 photo of a yellowish crystal and it told me it was “rainbow moonstone”, which is black and white. I try taking another photo and have to pay. I do NOT recommend.

### 1/5 — Shocked

*2022-01-11*

My child was able to subscribe to this without my knowledge and I’ve now been charged £30.99 year subscription I didn’t subscribe to!

### 1/5 — Couldn’t ID basic stones

*2022-01-10, version 1.1*

After unsuccessful tries with stones that we genuinely didn’t know, we tried a control group of easily identifiable stones with no successful ID’s. It was able to ID pyrite and amethyst with 60-20% accuracy but gave other guesses that were wildly off. 1 out of 5, not a reliable photo recognition system.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2021-12-27, version 1.1*

Can’t use it unless you want to pay a ton

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2024-10-13*

I took a picture of I know that is 100% white gold but it came up has lapis Lazuli every time and I scanned a rock that I knew Muscovite and it came up as quartz like fix ur app that I had to pay for as a SCAM don’t buy!

### 1/5 — Dumb

*2024-10-10*

This app is trash. I tried it out and on all 10 of the stones I wanted to I’d it failed. It labeled jasper as cats eye. It couldn’t even distinguish a sapphire definition onyx.. Google image search is way way better. Boomboxfader95@gmail

### 1/5 — No Tryout unless opt in to forced trial

*2024-08-03*

You shouldn’t have to go into a very limited trial with great potential of forgetting to cancel before getting charged a monthly fee just to try out the obvious feature most will download it for being to photo and iD a stone already in your possession. (caveat of course being you find it’s NOT of use to you and just sits with other graveyard apps we all a few of im sure)

Giving a couple chances to use this feature or maybe a menu allowing to open 2-3 to try for short period of time before lockout of all app function would give ppl a true fair and honest chance to try it, not get stuck with another useless app and zombie subscription you may end up paying months for before you realize to cancel it.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2024-02-11*

Can’t identify even simple stones, not worth the download

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2024-01-16*

Didn’t identify even the simple ones.

### 1/5 — This is a hacker

*2023-12-28*

I tried every app but they cost money like this one

### 1/5 — No good

*2023-08-12*

This app sucks. Doesn’t work at all . Don’t waste your money like I did.

### 1/5 — Didn’t get it right once

*2023-07-13*

I took pictures of stones I already knew so I could see if it was accurate. Not a single one was guessed right!

### 1/5 — Really bad.

*2023-06-10*

You may want to really fix your app to actually identify these different stones. Before you have the audacity to charge as much as you do. The app could not correctly identify a very common quartz stone. It came back with everything but quartz! Nothing that looked remotely like a clear quartz stone

### 1/5 — Can I throw stones?

*2023-05-27*

Seriously it has told me every stone is 34% Gipson lapis. And that’s always the top hit. Please delete your app, cuz it’s not free and it’s crap.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 2/5 — Great app ??????

*2022-02-21, version 1.1*

This nice for kids???????”

### 2/5 — Like what?

*2022-01-07*

I used this twice- it didn’t identify the first stone, identified the second and refused to identify anymore unless I paid for premium. Absolutely not worth it
