Upset at the time and effort I will have tp spend to do it, will probably pay at least 1 subscription fee. I purchased this app for a trial because it stated that you could cancel and get a refund. I tried it out for less than an hour scanning my jewelry to see if it was accurate. I was highly disappointed that it didn’t recognize any of my precious stones on my rings, earrings or necklaces. It couldn’t identify the diamonds, sapphires or pearls, therefore it couldn’t give accurate values. I tried to cancel and it didn’t allow me to cancel and requested a refund and they declined to give me my $42.00 refund which included taxes. This app is nothing but garbage, please don’t waste your money or your time with this app. They are hard up for money. If you find that the app doesn’t work, you will not get a refund.
