I just found out it's been charging us weekly for over a month, and Apple won’t refund it because the subscription was “active.” The app uses predatory tactics, luring kids with flashy features and no clear parental control or confirmation before billing. It’s designed to exploit curiosity for profit. Completely unethical. If you're a parent, stay far away from this app. **Developer response:** Hey, sorry to hear the app didn’t deliver what you hoped. I purchased this app for a trial because it stated that you could cancel and get a refund. I tried it out for less than an hour scanning my jewelry to see if it was accurate. I was highly disappointed that it didn’t recognize any of my precious stones on my rings, earrings or necklaces. It couldn’t identify the diamonds, sapphires or pearls, therefore it couldn’t give accurate values. I tried to cancel and it didn’t allow me to cancel and requested a refund and they declined to give me my $42.00 refund which included taxes. This app is nothing but garbage, please don’t waste your money or your time with this app. They are hard up for money. If you find that the app doesn’t work, you will not get a refund. How reliable are ANY of the ratings in this App Store? Is there any oversight here at all?? Where’s Apple? They should be all over this!
