## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app is almost unusable

*2019-04-26, version 4*

How are you going to limit online ticket sales to this app and have it be this awful? It just took me opening and closing the app 7 times only to have it say “unknown error” when clicking purchase tickets. Inexcusable.

### 1/5 — Did a 5 year old build this app?

*2018-04-28, version 4*

Terrible

### 1/5 — Needs improvement

*2018-04-27, version 4*

App is unreliable. This theater group doesn’t list on Flixster so we need a great app for Stone

### 1/5 — Nothing except movies times is working

*2018-02-28, version 4*

Stinks.

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2018-01-05, version 3.2*

No aesthetics. No landscape feature. Crappy design. I expected better from a quality theater.

### 1/5 — Zero stars, don’t waste your time

*2017-12-19, version 3.2*

Since zero stars is not an option, it gets one. This app is more useless than their website, both of which only allow you to search what movies are playing for the current day. Really? Thanks for allowing people to plan. Not surprising. Just a garbage app from a garbage company, go to Carmike instead.

### 1/5 — Please dump the app and start over.

*2017-12-15, version 3.2*

It’s horrible!

### 1/5 — What a joke

*2017-04-12, version 3.2*

This app is beyond awful. First off, there's no landscape orientation for the iPad. The screen shots in the App Store suggest there is, but those are actually cropped screen caps of the portrait-only orientation. But worse than this, the movie banners are all stretched out, Play-Doh style. Just look at the screen captures. They are awful! This alone should be deeply embarrassing. Others have already covered the near-uselessness of this app. Do yourself a favor and just bookmark the ticket page from their website, and skip this app entirely. It serves little purpose other than to grate your nerves.

### 1/5 — Incomplete feeling design

*2017-03-25, version 3.2*

The push notification asked me "do you wish to have 'index.html' get access to your notifications?" That feels like a placeholder and obviously needs some polish. The UI for movie selection looks like it was designed by someone without a clue for even the simplest of google searches on the many examples of good UI design. Yes, the app does work and yes I love seeing the line up at my local Stone theater; however, this app isn't even close to being acceptable (to me) as far as UI/UX goes in 2017. Also need to implement some kind of token exchange so I don't have to keep logging in, that would be great. It's obvious to me that this is a template app someone pitched to the theater company in lieu of buying into Fandango's fee structure. I can understand why but the app isn't close to parity in my design expectations.

### 2/5 — Lacking

*2017-03-24, version 3.2*

Very plain app. Not many functions. No login option so you have to enter your rewards number every time you want to check your balance. Not very user friendly. Just lacking a lot of functions an app like this needs.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Millstone rocks

*2019-04-20, version 4*

I love millstone.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2016-07-21, version 3.0*

Stone Theatres is by far my favorite. I like the app because it's easy for me to find their show times. Thanks!
