But the new app icon look ai generated and disgusting. Please change the icon back to photos or something else. ### 1/5 — App is slow *2024-12-27, version 7.102.0001* If I could leave a 0 I would ### 2/5 — Order Status Doesn’t Update *2025-04-16* I love the food and drinks, but I ordered food one day and it gave me a time, and had a spot that looks like it is supposed to update the order where it says Order Status. The order status didn’t update until that evening from In Progress to Complete, so don’t pay attention to the status and only pay attention to the timeframe it gives. ### 2/5 — No more drink descriptions? *2025-02-14* WHY why why why did you get rid of the drink descriptions for ALL drinks? I can’t tell what is in each drink, which is particularly difficult to maneuver when I’m trying to order for someone with an allergy. Not only that but it’s next to IMPOSSIBLE to find a regular descriptive drink menu that isn’t part of the online ordering system. This is not accessible for everyone! Not everyone knows what’s in the drinks!!! ### 3/5 — Restaurant great but app just okay *2025-10-03* Making modifications difficult- so if you need to ask for something specific, just call. They are helpful and friendly. I really miss the “less sweet” option being available on all drinks, not just the specials. Lattes come with way too many pumps of syrup as it is, so it’d be nice to have that option back on the app when creating my own latte. Choosing the amount of pumps would be the best option, since some people have different opinions on “less sweet” than others when making drinks. ### 3/5 — Gift Cards *2023-02-08* I wish that you could pay with a gift card. You can pay with one if it covers the cost of the meal but you can’t select two payment options. So I have $10 on my gift card and I can’t use it and use my debit to cover the rest of the purchase. ### 3/5 — Meh *2022-01-12* The app is easy to use, and straight forward. It however doesn’t have a reliable time given for take out orders. If you’re ordering to eat on your 30 minute lunch break, allow at least another 10 minutes for the app to update the first time given and then plan around that time so you don’t waste your lunch waiting on a street taco. ### 5/5 — Favorite coffee shop! *2025-02-01* I learned about Stone Tower over a year ago and it is my favorite coffee shop ever! Every employee is amazing. I have never had a bad experience at this place and I visit quite often. The coffee is amazing. The app on the other hand has a bug I’ve come across quite a few times. For example: Sometimes when adding an item to my order, I’ll receive an error stating a problem has occurred. When I go back to successfully add the item, the price for my order has increased almost double from what it was, acting as if the price was applied but the item not being on the order. My workaround is force closing the app and starting again.
