Tried their app to order pickup. Missing main side dish. Value bundle became a scam. The barbecue selection is awesome, extremely affordable. I just the other night I went for dinner last minute because my order and come out less than 10 minutes later than that it stated on the app, they we so sorry kept offering me dessert. It wasn’t that big of a deal I wasn’t in a hurry. Got home food was AWESOME & they kicked us down free carrot cake which was even more AWESOME! So I’ll be back for sure and yea I’ll take the carrot cake with my order of tri-tip! Thank you Ventura location. I’ll be a longtime, extremely happy customer.
