I can’t see my account details, can’t transfer funds, nothing. It takes multiple attempts to log in before I can see my account details and do anything. It was much easier before. Also, I preferred to sign in with a pin number. And I’m not happy with the changes in the online bill pay. If you’re going to integrate with Face ID make sure it works. It doesn’t. ### 1/5 — Security Code Not Sent To iPhone12Pro *2021-01-03* This app used to be great, but now I can never log into the app. I can log in to the website just fine, however, when logging into the app - when it asks which cell phone number to send the security code to, no matter which phone number I select, it does not send a security code. I called Stoneham Bank customer service and their suggestion was to call Verizon...
