## What is Stonesystems?

Stonesystems is the app for Stone Systems customers: home-service businesses that want every lead answered fast, without giving out a personal cell.

WHAT IT DOES
• One inbox for the leads who text your business number — reply in seconds, attach a photo, mark who you've called back.
• Calls on your business number — take lead calls in the app, see missed calls and voicemails in one list, and call back with one tap.
• Missed-call text-back — when you can't pick up, the lead gets a text right away so they don't move on to the next company.
• This month at a glance — leads, Google reviews and text-backs on the home screen.
• Your team, one number — the owner and staff work the same inbox; every conversation stays with the business.
• Quiet hours, STOP handling and delivery status are built in, so texting stays compliant and predictable.

WHO IT'S FOR
Owners and staff of businesses that use Stone Systems. Your account is created for you when your business signs up — there is no public sign-up, no ads and nothing to buy in the app.

HOW TO GET IN
Use the invite your Stone Systems account manager sends you, sign in, and your business number is ready to go.
