The problem I have is information not being displayed. Options chains don’t always display bid/ask or the last price. Sometimes I get “authentication error” when I’m trying to log in (this issue has gotten better). Overall it’s not bad. Just get information displayed and it would be a great app. ### 4/5 — Mostly stable. Useful in a pinch. *2020-11-26, version 3.02* Given its limited feature set I must say I use it much more frequently than I thought I would. Lately the back-end servers (?) have been going down with alarming frequency. Suggestions: The background color palette makes it hard to see P&L values; you could easily fix that. Options chains should be made available directly from the underlying (from the same menu where you offer charting, etc.). Include First Notice Day in contract information. But these are minor quibbles. Over time this app will certainly get better. ### 4/5 — Competent And Fun Mobile Trading *2019-05-13, version 3.02* Everything you need to be Jessie Livermore trading futures on your iPhone ### 2/5 — Simple changes would make this so much better *2018-05-16, version 3.02* I can't understand why you don't provide simple things like showing the expiration date or DTE for an option. Or why the unrealized pnl of an option is based on the last trade price, rather than the current bid/ask. It seems like you don't use your own product, or you would have already made such changes. I use mobile versions of ThinkorSwim, IB, and this. This is a distant third. I wish you would at least try a little. ### 4/5 — Not bad at all. *2017-12-04, version 3.02* Pros: All the expected functionality is there and working. The charts are quite good. Cons: Charts take a while to load. The chart trading is good, but be prepared for a few seconds of lag. It is sorely lacking a way to enter OCO orders. Minor stuff: Switching to another app and back, or even an incoming phone call, causes the app to lose its connection to the mother ship. Usually it re-logs-in in a few seconds, but don't plan to switch back and forth with a calculator app. Also, switching to paper trading and back requires you to re-enter both passwords, making that impractical to do frequently too. The phone (as opposed to tablet) version doesn’t let you see contract details or trading hours if you have an open position. Overall: Better than most bespoke brokerage apps. ### 2/5 — OEC iBroker requires update *2016-10-21, version 2.90* Doesn't function appropriately iOS 10.02. Functionless. Also needs to have MACD histogram enabled and allow more than 1 indicator below price. Doesn't allow range bars. ### 2/5 — Not very reliable. *2016-04-01, version 2.90* The App is just OK. No features like trailing stops or bracket trades. But the market feed is unreliable. I put in a market trade only to find out the feed was down and my order could not be canceled. I waited for a half a day to find out what financial damage was done to my account. When u switch screens or app and come back to your chart expect a 2 to 10 second load time delay!
