何年も前から愛用しています。過敏性腸症候群で下痢が頻繁にあるのでその記録をしています。今はお薬を飲んで改善されていますが、ピーク時は医師に排便回数を伝えるのにとても役に立ちました！

【良いところ】
・スタンプ、メモが記録できる
・お通じの後すぐボタンを押すだけで記録できる
・後から時間を変更できる

【改善してほしいところ】
・カレンダー画面で見えるスタンプの数を増やしてほしい

今は１つのスタンプしか見えないが、私は複数スタンプを押すことが多い。1つ1つのスタンプが小さくなっても良いので一気に4つ見えると嬉しい。

・確認画面で『メモ、編集、削除』があるが、1タップでメモが起動したら嬉しい。
今は編集を押さないとメモができないので改善希望。

・スタンプに吐き気、ガスを増やしてほしい

あまり毎日お通じがある方ではないので、あっと気付くと日にちが経って大変になることを防止するために使っています。すごく便利。キャラクターもかわいいし、今ではポイントを集める感覚で出たら「あ、早くチェックしなくちゃ」って思っちゃいます。

やはり食物繊維を多く摂ると、よいお通じがあると実感できます。しかし、その都度記録をつけるのは、つい忘れがちに。時間が経ってから記録しようとアプリを開くと、キャラクターの苦しそうな顔が罪悪感をあおります。

5年前から愛用してます。
めんどくさくなくて楽です。
お腹壊したときに「お腹冷えちゃった？」や腸活レシピなど教えてくれるので助かります。
一つ残念なのはアップデートでなくなったんだと思うんですけど
排便がない状態でアプリを開くといつものキャラクターが青ざめてたりするのが良かったのに、なくなってしまって残念です(◞‸◟)
