## What is Stoop?

Stoop is a neighborhood noticeboard for real plans.

Post something you are already doing this week: a coffee before the market gets busy, a slow loop around the park, a show you were going to alone anyway. One to three neighbors can ask to join. You read their message and decide who comes.

That is the whole product. There are no profiles to browse and nothing to scroll for its own sake. A plan is a real thing at a real time in a real place, and it either happens or it does not.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Post a plan: what you are doing, which day, roughly where, and how many people can come. Up to four total, counting you.
2. Neighbors ask to join with a short message. Not a form, just a message.
3. You accept the ones you want. Then you meet.

Groups cap at four. Four people around a table can actually talk. Twenty cannot.

SAFETY
Stoop is for adults, 18 and over. Sign in with Apple, Google, or a verified phone number. Phone numbers are never shown to other members. You can block or report anyone from a plan or a conversation, and blocking is immediate and mutual for signed-in accounts. Reports are read by a person within 24 hours. When a plan is confirmed, Stoop offers a one-tap way to send the details to a friend so somebody knows where you are going.
