They had a great “pay” for mileage traveled; but eventually, and understandably, they had to revamp their bonus structure. This is where problems ensued. I had $50 banked with them, and proceeded to “create guides” as they claim within the app. After creating guides to more than 100 past deliveries, they then tell me they do not pay for residential guides, only businesses. That’s fine. I lost about $75 I created in guides, no biggie. Problem was when they refused to pay out the initial $50 I had banked with them.
