This app has become a roadmap for deepening my understanding of Prana and strengthening my meditation practice.  Prana is such a powerful catalyst for spiritual growth , and through this app I’ve gained a deeper understanding of what Prana is and how to recognize it. The teachings are presented in a clear and practical way that makes it easier to integrate into my meditation practice.  For anyone who doubts an app can support genuine spiritual growth, this app has truly changed that perspective for me.
