Mindo is an amazing teacher and a wizard with tech. She has developed an accessible, fascinating, and enjoyable way to learn this important meditation technique. It’s so convenient to have the lessons and meditations on my phone, where I can watch or listen to them whenever I please. It’s much easier than going to a class. This is a great app.
