It’s very simple:
1. Start the Challenge Timer.
2. Go for as long as you can without vaping.
3. Check in regularly by entering Mood and Cravings information and recording photo and video diary entries in Memory. 
4. If you vape one day, don’t forget to end the Challenge Timer. More importantly, start again! Trying as many times as you can is important.
5. Make it more fun by earning badges and challenging your friends!

My homies said I’m the coolest guy they know I love all the drugs my grandchildren think I am the best role model and all vape with me I am very mentally disabled, constantly high, and have multiple physical and mental issues

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Seemed like a legit app until it prompted me to give personal information such as my address, date of birth, phone number, and race. I’m not sure how any of that information pertains to their app how them knowing that information will help me quit. I do not trust and do believe this app is just trying to scam you for your personal information.
