## What is StopBite?

Nail biting is a tough habit to break.
As the developer of this app, I struggled with it since childhood. I created this app out of a strong desire to finally stop, and I would be thrilled if it could help others facing the same struggle!

This app is a habit tracker designed to visualize your unconscious habits and fully support your determination to quit.

    Record exactly when and what you were feeling (frustrated, anxious, etc.) when you bit your nails. Visualize your unconscious triggers with easy-to-read graphs.

       It's okay if you slip up. Turn your regret into a "Commitment Tip" (a virtual record) to act as a deterrent and restart with renewed determination.
