This feature does exist; parents were mistakenly given access to view location of the bus in real time, but they took that feature away for unknown reasons. (It was a yellow school bus that popped up on the maps and you could track the bus moving) Some of us parents have young children we sometimes have to leave home alone to get on the bus as we head off to work. Being able to track allows both parents and child to see exactly where the bus is. This access will ensure a young child isn’t left standing at the stop alone for too long, as they could watch the bus and determine the best time to leave the house. This also gives parents much comfort and peace of mind. It’s a wonderful tool to be able to track the bus and set alarms for warnings when it’s close to your stop. My only complaint, it would go offline from time to time. It’s worked fine, until today. Now I can’t pull up either of my kids because it says I have no subscriptions. School district re-sent the invite but that does nothing but offer to change my password. I’ve logged out/in and deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck. Their “support” is worthless and just says to contact the school district, which can’t do anything but send me a sign up link that only allows me to change my password.
