You only get one sample itinerary to Scotland and cannot actually enter your own trip info. It costs $35.00 for a customized itinerary! BS! This is why I got the app, so it would calculate this for me. I’ve bought them for years and it has allowed me to function next day going from LA to Sydney Australia and from LA to Kiev Ukraine (among many other journeys) The app adds the extra convenience of having it all right on hand and alerting me when it’s time to eat, what kind of meal to eat and when to go to sleep while in the plane- along with numerous other useful tips. Can’t recommend StopJetLag.com enough. I went from NY to Australia, and following the recommendations helped me acclimate almost immediately. It really helped make the most of my time there. I think the diet recommendations help a lot too; I had appetite issues on a previous trip to Asia, but not this time! ### 5/5 — Stop Jetlag works! *2012-10-04, version 1.1* I've been using Stop Jetlag for several years now accessing the service through their website. I run a small business in LA and it requires that I visit London UK twice a year to do business. I used to use a sleeping pill to try to take care of the jetlag, but although I got to sleep on the plane it never took care of the jetlag for the following few days. With the hotels in London charging high fees (let alone the restaurants) I needed to get my business done quickly and try to spend as little on food and lodging as was feasible. The meetings I have over in London are all about $ and cents, so I need to be as well rested as possible. I have found the system to work extremely well and I go into the meetings in top form. Although each program provided by Stop Jetlag costs a few tens of dollars it is a lot cheaper than the food and lodging costs that I save by using it as well as monies gained by being alert in financial negotiations. The one problem was that I would have to carry sheets of paper with the instructions which were not always easy or convenient to put my hands on. This app solves all that by storing all that info on my iPhone. I used the app for the first time on my trip a couple of weeks ago and all the details were at my fingertips, which made it much easier to follow.
