## What is stopNtop?

Stop N Top is a mobile app for charging your electric vehicle on the Randridge Technologies charging network. 

With Randridge Technologies EV Charging Mobile Service, you can view and adjust the charging session remotely, charge with the same account at all Randridge Technologies charging points - at home, at work and on the move throughout Ireland. 

Just plug in your car and we'll sort out the rest. 

View a real time map of the state of charge points that are available, in use or out of order / offline. 

- Reserve a Charge Point 
- Navigate to the Location 
- Start and Stop Charging 
- Monitor Charging Power Remotely. 

In addition to our charging network, users can charge with our app throughout Europe through our roaming partners. Our 24/7 Helpdesk is available to help with any questions or queries that you might have. 

To charge with the Stop N Top app, you will have to be a registered member. To register please visit the following weblink: register.randridgetechnologies.ie/register. The service is prepaid and bills you automatically based on prices charged at each charging station. 

During Registration, you will pay €30.00 via credit / debit card to be added to your charging account.

### 4.7.1 — 2026-04-01

Choose Your Navigation App - You can now select your preferred navigation app when getting directions to a charging station. 

Improved Station View - Charger statuses are now clearer and more descriptive with chargers where an EV is plugged in but not actively charging now shown more prominently, helping you identify available spots at a glance 

Bug Fixes - Minor bug fixes for cancelling charging sessions affecting previous sessions rather than active ones. Improved general stability and performance.

### 3.8.4 — 2024-01-18

Minor bug fix to correct the following issue:
•             This bug impacts drivers who transfers the app from one iOS device to another. On new iOS device, driver is logged out due to keychain not being transferred. Bug in iOS doesn’t allow driver to login again or use the app in OTP mode.
